From Allix: The Benefits of Being Behind the Scenes

I spent my first year in the burlesque scene in classes or helping out backstage at shows. It's something I continue to do because it's an amazing learning opportunity (not to mention a lot of fun). If you're new to the scene especially this is a great way to feel out who you might want to work with - and for them to get to know you too. (I met the Rogues when I was their assistant stage manager several years ago!)

So! We still have a few volunteer spots for the Hot & Heavy Cabaret. You can message Ms. Sassypants at rogueburlesque at gmail for more information.
